Here are some examples of customer projects. All jobs are real customer jobs. Some have been implemented in the context of the University of Lapland Service Design and Design Management studies. All work has been done together with clients and some have been introduced to other students as well. Shorter versions can also be found in the presentations, but because of observation, these presentations are more evident in the initialization of the process, all stages of work and outcome.
