In my previous role at JCD, I were strongly involved in service development and I am committed to achieving the organization’s growth goals in both the long and short term.
I managed the company's internal marketing processes and service development by digitalizing the purchasing channels of outdoor advertising. I was also solely responsible for planning and implementing the company's website renewal, when the platform was changed from Drupal to Hubspot. I managed everything from content (both fi and en), to image production and design tools offered to customers.
I was also responsible for user training for all internal stakeholders and content producers after the introduction of the new publishing platform.
Success in this position requires an extensive understanding of analytics, the ability to detect and manage complex technology entities. I work closely with stakeholders, with local partners, and I were in daily contact with various teams in our international organization.
I participate in service development, manage my own projects and act as their responsible coordinator, negotiate subcontracting and manage web analytics and advertising channels, measure and optimize purchasing paths, and create growth-oriented content.
I am able to work on my own initiative, independently, with determination and actively seek new opportunities and develop existing solutions. As a member of the team, I strive to be cooperative and agile.
We operate on a sprint model and use agile co-development tools such as Asana, Trello and Miro.
